We are open every evening. We are closed on Wednesday evenings.

Our suppliers
We make our ice cream, our butter, and our bread from organic flour ground on a stone mill at the Moulin de Rairé in Sallertaine.
We work with the fishmonger "Les Délices de l'Océan" in Noirmoutier and with "Istreg" in L'épine for our oysters.
All our cheeses come from the maturing cellars of Maître Beillevaire in Machecoul.
Our beef comes from Maison Berjac, our poultry comes from Ferme de la Couartière, and our fruits and vegetables come from EARL VOISIN in Challans or Les 2 Pierre Organic Market Gardener on the island of Noirmoutier.
The Chef, Ludéric Picou
Our chef, trained in some of the finest French restaurants ("La Table de Franck Putelat", "Le Relais Serge Vieira" 2 Michelin stars), will offer you a menu made with fresh, local, and seasonal products.
Everything is homemade!
A single menu (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert) to choose from our menu, made with high-end, impeccable freshness, which will delight your taste buds.
